About Us
SAGE Services was founded and established by Kerry Hoffman (Firmwalt) in 2006. We support individuals throughout Ventura County in their homes and community. Our mission is to serve all people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their communities, as individuals, with services tailored to their needs, honoring choices and empowering people to enhance life quality.
