Rainbow Connection Family Resource Center
The Rainbow Connection Family Resource Center is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting families of children with diverse needs, including developmental disabilities. It offers a variety of resources, support services, educational workshops, parent training, and social activities to empower families and promote the well-being of children with diverse needs. The center serves as a welcoming and inclusive space where families can connect, learn, and access the support they need to navigate the challenges of raising a child with diverse needs.
Tri-Counties Regional Center
The Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) is a nonprofit organization that coordinates and provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties. TCRC offers a wide range of services, including assessment and diagnosis, case management, service coordination, advocacy, and referrals to community resources and support programs. It serves as a central hub for accessing comprehensive and individualized services to enhance the lives of individuals and promote their inclusion in the community.
In-Home Supportive Services
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) is a statewide program that provides in-home care and support services to eligible individuals with disabilities, including developmental disabilities, and older adults. IHSS helps individuals remain safely in their own homes and communities by offering assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, household chores, and other supportive services. It enables individuals to maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the care they need in familiar surroundings.
Human Services Agency

Brain Injury Support Center
